Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

To request a return, please contact us at support@kravxstudio.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order number, and we will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
