14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your KRAVX hardware must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or chemical exposure will not be accepted.

Important: Return Shipping Address
Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address printed on your package. That is our international logistics processing center, and they cannot accept returns. You must contact our support team first to receive the correct designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs
While we are proud to offer free standard shipping on your original order, customers are entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately—typically by sending a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.

How to Start a Return

Email our team at support@kravxstudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund for the item will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
