Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your hardware has shipped.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally. Depending on your destination country, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days once the package is dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that KRAVX is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and import duties).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy
