The industrial alloy is built for heavy rotation, but the complex, asymmetrical linkage requires tactical maintenance to preserve its sharp visual edge:
Moisture compromises the finish. Keep the hardware strictly away from water, heavy sweat, and high-humidity environments to prevent the alloy from dulling.
Wipe down the cyber-tribal pendants and carabiner joints with a dry microfiber cloth after daily wear to cut through natural skin oils.
Store it completely flat in an isolated pouch when off-duty to prevent the finer double-chain side from tangling with the heavy tactical links.

Tracking Your Order

14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your delivery to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your KRAVX hardware must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or chemical exposure will not be accepted.
Important: Return Shipping Address
Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address printed on your package. That is our international logistics processing center, and they cannot accept returns. You must contact our support team first to receive the correct designated return address.
Return Shipping Costs
While we are proud to offer free standard shipping on your original order, customers are entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately—typically by sending a free replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.
